Pancake with beef filling

Ingredients: Boiled beef, WHEAT flour, MILK, EGGS, sugar, salt, pepper.

In our tradition, meat pancakes also have a second name in German — “Komm Morgen Wieder”.

“Come again tomorrow” — these meat pancakes are called this because on the first day meat soup is eaten, and from the leftover meat after the soup, stuffed pancakes are planned to be baked the next day.
