Una Torte

Made-to-order torte - Una. At first glance, this modest-looking torte is like a Cinderella, sometimes overlooked, yet loved by our customers, having earned the honour of a princess in our bakeries.

Finished with icing sugar. Sometimes, depending on customer preference, Una is decorated with fruit or meringue cookies.

Una will especially appeal to those who do not want a heavy cream torte, but rather something light and airy. The torte's white, delicate appearance will look wonderful on any celebration table. Available only at “GUSTAVbeķereja” retail locations.

Ingredients: sour cream, milk, eggs, peaches, wheat flour, sugar, curd cheese, margarine (palm, rapeseed and coconut oils, water, rapeseed lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid, salt, colouring: beta-carotene), baking powder.
