Honey torte

GUSTAVbeķereja's masters make honey torte with a sour cream filling, layered alternately with a soft, honey-flavoured sponge. Honey torte can also be filled with boiled condensed milk instead of the cream filling, but we find this version too sweet.

Honey torte is one of our family's favourite cakes, and over time we have come to realise that you do not need to wait for a celebration to enjoy delicious treats and wonderful cakes.
