Cottage cheese fruit torte

A torte loved by everyone – both young and old. Many of our customers return to this torte again and again for their celebrations.

The cottage cheese fruit torte has one base – a light egg sponge, layered with jam and a cottage cheese-fresh cream filling. The torte is then finished with seasonal fruits and berries.

The cottage cheese fruit torte is also most often used as a base for various specially shaped torte, as well as torte that are covered in fondant and specially decorated.

Ingredients: light sponge (wheat flour, eggs, sugar).

Cream ingredients: cottage cheese, fresh cream, sugar.

Decorated with fruits and berries.
